Emerald Spire™ is an aroma hop with very fragrant aromas and flavors including Peach, Juicy Fruit, White Grape, Watermelon, Bubble Gum, Melon Rind, Champagne. Alphas & betas acids have averaged 8.6 – 12.8 & 3.5 – 4.5 respectively, Cohumulone < 38%, and oils potentially reaching 1.55 ml/100g or higher.. Available online in 1 oz., 3 oz. or 1 lb. sizes.
